Greater Bridgeport Gulls

The Greater Bridgeport Junior Hockey Association (GBJHA) will offer another full season girls travel hockey program “The Gulls”.  The purpose of the Gulls program is to stimulate and encourage interest in the sport of ice hockey, to instruct and train young women in all aspects of the sport, to develop their skating ability, and to encourage in all participants the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, team loyalty, courage, fair play and respect for authority

We are looking to field 19U, 14U and 12U full season travel teams for the 2008-09 season.  

Our girls teams will have two practices per week and one or more games on the weekend.  We will be adding supplemental "Skills Clinics" throughout the year for each of our girls travel teams.  In addition to weekly games each of our Girls Travel Teams will participate in two tournaments during the 2008-09 season.  The Girls Travel season begins in September and runs through March.
